Cancellation & Refund Policy

How rescheduling, cancellations and refunds work for consultations, single sessions and packages.

01Rescheduling

Free if you inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Paid sessions cancelled 24+ hours before are refunded in full or moved to a new date.

Package fees are non-refundable. Unused sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If the doctor decides a treatment isn’t suitable for you, the amount for that treatment is refunded in full.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
